Raising a Chargeback
If you need to raise a chargeback for a disputed card transaction, please send an email with the information below to [email protected].
Information required when raising a chargeback
- Transaction ID
- Chargeback amount
- Detailed description of what was purchased and an explanation of the dispute.
Please note that chargebacks are to be logged within 120 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
