To initiate withdrawals on the Kora (merchant) dashboard, please follow these steps:

Go to the "Balances" section
Select "Withdraw"
Click on "To bank account".
Fill in the customer's bank account details where you would like to complete the payout
Enter your preferred amount
Click on "yes, confirm " to initiate a withdrawal successfully.
